Sylt and Amrum are two Islands the North Frisian archipelago off the coast of Schleswig-Holstein in Germany. Both Islands are known for their pristine beaches, dunes and hiking trails, but also for their charming villages and unique North Sea culture. Despite some similarities, each island has its own character and attractions to discover.

Ferry from List to Wittdün

The most common and convenient way to get from Sylt to Amrum to get there is by ferry from List to Wittdün. List is the northernmost place on Sylt, Wittdün the main place on Amrum. The ferry ride takes about 30 minutes and offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the islands.
