How to get to the North Sea island of Föhr

The easiest way to reach the island is by ferry, which departs from the mainland in Dagebüll. The crossing takes about 45 minutes, during which you will already get to know the first sight, the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea. Since on Föhr, as on many other North Sea islands, there is no ban on cars, you can park your car on the ferry to be mobile later on the island. Alternatively, there is the possibility to arrive by plane or even with your own boat.
