The stay at the beach becomes really comfortable only in a beach chair. It offers protection against the constantly blowing wind, but also against the sun, which should not be underestimated.
The beach chairs are well maintained and clean. Every winter repairs are made or replacements are purchased. Therefore, the use of the beach chairs is not free.
What is the cost of a beach chair on Norderney?
During the main season from 31.3. to 29.10. the daily price for an open beach chair is 10,50/ day. Lockable beach chairs cost 12,- € per day. More favorable prices apply from a rental period of 7 days. (As of 2017)
For orders placed by 31 May each year, the popular early booking discounts apply. However, only in conjunction with simultaneous payment of the spa fee with the so-called "NorderneyCard".
Tip:
In the months of July and August there may be shortages of beach chairs. A reservation is therefore highly recommended for a stress-free vacation on the beach!
