How much does a flight to Helgoland cost?

The Heligoland island in the German Bight can be reached in many different ways. However, few people will know that even a flight to Heligoland is possible. Of course, this flight connection is not possible from any airport in Germany.

There are only two airports in Germany from which a scheduled flight to Helgoland is possible. Both from the airport Heide / Büsum and from Cuxhaven / Nordholz Helgoland can be reached by plane.

The costs for a flight to Helgoland are staggered in the categories adult as well as child from 2 years up to 11 years and child up to 2 years. An adult must expect to pay 105 euros for a one-way ticket for a flight from Cuxhafen / Nordholz, while children up to the age of 11 cost 52.50 euros. For children up to the age of 2, who do not get a seat reservation, a one-way flight costs 33 euros. For a return flight, the adult will incur 208 euros, while the child up to the age of 11 will cost 66 euros for this ticket. The child up to 2 years old will fly to Helgoland occasionally return for 104 euros. On weekends, adults can fly to Helgoland with a 2 / 1 ticket for 195 euros.

From Heide / Büsum airport, a one-way flight to Helgoland costs 101 euros for the adult. Here, too, there are similarly staggered price categories as at the airport Cuxhaven / Nordholz. However, children up to the age of 11 fly for 50.50 euros. A return flight costs 200 euros for the adult while children up to 11 years of age cost 100 euros. The 2 / 1 ticket for adults on weekends costs, as well as at the airport Cuxhaven / Nordholz 195 euros.

For frequent flyers, both airports offer special promotions such as ten-trip tickets and one-day flights. Pricing at both airports varies seasonally and is comparable.
