The beautiful North Sea island Sylt is already looming on the horizon. Now you just have to park your car on the Sylt Shuttle parking and the North Sea vacation can begin.
How many cars fit on the Sylt Shuttle?
There is room for a total of 150 vehicles on the Sylt Shuttle. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so you cannot reserve tickets. Nevertheless, you don't have to worry about missing your stay on the island of Sylt. The car ferry makes a total of 22 trips a day to bring people to their well-deserved vacations.
You buy your ticket at the terminal in Niebüll, Kurt-Bachmann-Ring 2. This is also not available as a reservation, but must be purchased directly before departure. Be sure to keep your ticket safe, as it also serves as your return ticket and only loses its validity two months after the crossing to the island of Sylt.
Do these specifications only apply to passenger cars?
A ticket for the Sylt Shuttle includes the transport of people of all ages, animals as well as all motor vehicles. This includes motorcycles and cars with trailers. Bicycles can also be mounted on the roof of your car. This does not incur any additional costs.
